What the AI Sprint is
The AI Sprint is a short, structured engagement — four sessions of ninety minutes — built to answer one question properly: where does AI actually belong in your organization, and where does it not?
It is deliberately small. You get a defensible answer and a plan you can act on, without committing to a long programme before you know what it should contain.
Current state analysis and needs assessment
We look at how you work now — processes, data, tools, and the decisions that matter — and establish where AI would make a real difference and where it would merely add cost.
Strategic implementation plan
We turn that assessment into a sequence: what to do, in what order, and what each step requires of you.
Deliverable: a comprehensive discovery report and a strategic implementation roadmap.
Where it sits
The AI Sprint is the middle of our three consulting formats. The AI Hackathon is a single intensive day on one specific challenge; the AI Marathon is the full transformation programme. Many organizations start here, then continue into the Marathon with a plan already in hand.
