What the AI Hackathon is
The AI Hackathon is a six-hour collaborative workshop focused on applying AI solutions to a specific business challenge of yours. Not a demo, and not a lecture: your people and ours, working on your problem, for a day.
You bring the challenge. We bring the methods, the tooling, and the experience of having done this across a range of industries. By the end of the day the problem has either been solved or properly understood — and you know which.
Deliverable: resolved business challenges and a structured strategic roadmap.
Where it sits
The AI Hackathon is the shortest of our three consulting formats, and the usual place to start. The AI Sprint takes four sessions to assess your organization and produce an implementation plan; the AI Marathon is the full transformation programme, running from months to a year.
